Dipl. Kfm. Mike Fischer

Born in Lübeck, Germany, Mike graduated at the University of Saarland, Saarbrücken, with a Dipl-Kfm. (Diploma in Business Administration), specializing in International Management, HR and Organizational Behavior.

He spent a year as a research and graduate student at the International Center and the Graduate School of Commerce at the Keio University in Tokyo. He focused on Comparative and Japanese Management and Change Management.

Mike worked with several companies within the financial services, retailing and consulting industries. He started his career with an apprenticeship at one of the largest German banks and worked for banks in Germany and Japan, prior to the foundation of a retail company in Northern Germany.

Focus in Management Consulting: International Market Strategies and Human Resource Development in London, Vienna and the BeNeLux.

Being Managing Partner he is responsible for Strategy-, Start-up Consulting, Executive Coaching and Human Resource Management.
